الوصف

The Head of Programs leads the strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the “Seeds of Hope Group” social and promotional projects. This position is responsible for managing a team of technical program staff based at the Head Office (HO) and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful programs in line with the Organization’s mission and values.

The role requires strategic leadership in program design, team management, impact assessment, resource mobilization, and stakeholders’ engagement, and plays a key role in ensuring adherence to policies and systems.

مؤهلات

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.

 3–5 years of experience in program management, preferably within NGOs or faith-based organizations

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Experience in grant writing, budgeting, and financial oversight.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Knowledge of M&E methodologies and impact assessment.

 Passion for social development and commitment to Christian values.

 Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural and community settings.

 Fluency in English and Arabic is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
